Free time to play, stories and songs. Time to learn and develop social abilities such as communicating with others, sharing, taking turns, and making friends.
Clean up time and help each other to have a happy day.
10:15 to 11:15
Calendar, pledge, story and song, outside play. Educational program(ABC’s, Pre-reading phonics, math, science and social studies) combining active and passive activities.
11:15 to 12:00
Math and Writing workshops and learning centers.
12:00 to 1:00
Prepare for lunch and washing hands.
1:00 to 3:00
Stories and songs, prepare for nap.Everybody lays down quietly while listening to soft tape-recorded music.
3:00 to 3:30
Prepare for snack (use restroom and wash hands).
3:30 to 4:00
Free time to play games or outside activities. School Day Ends..
Half Day Schedule
9:00 to 9:15
Arrival-Children participate in quiet activities or can visit learning centers and participate in individual or small-group activities until most children have arrived.
9:15 to 10:30
Free time to play, stories and songs. Time to learn and develop social abilities such as communicating with others, sharing, taking turns, and making friends. Students choose an activity or center of their choice and learn and explore.
10:30 to 11:30
Calendar, pledge, story and song, outside play. Educational program(ABC’s, Pre-reading phonics, math, science and social studies) combining active and passive activities. Students come together as a group and share ideas, read stories and sing songs.
11:30 to 12:20
Math and Writing workshops and learning centers.
12:20 to 12:30
Clean up and prepare for dismissal.
